Business Holidays for Japan Golden Week.

Dear International Customers,
Please be informed that our office and warehouse will be temporarily closed for the Japan Golden Week holiday;
Closing days are from May 3rd (Fri) through May 6th (Mon).

Below is the shipping operation schedule for each order placed before/after this period;

- Orders which are completed its placement by and on April 30th (Tue) 11:59 pm JST ; will be processed and shipped on May 2nd (Thu).
- Orders which are completed its placement from May 1st (Wed) 0:00 am JST ; will be shipped on May 7th (Tue) at the earliest on a first-come, first-served basis.

NOTE:
*Please kindly understand in advance that your inquiry about placing orders during this Golden Week holiday period, i.e. payment settlmenent execution trouble and any other issues, will be replied after this Golden Week holiday period.
*There may be some delay in shipping procedure and/or delivery due to the logistic circumstances and traffic congestion during and after this Golden Week period.
*Online shopping on our official website will still be available during this period.
