Business holidays for Japan Golden Week.
Dear Customers,
Please be informed that our office and warehouse will be temporarily closed for Japan Golden Week holidays;
closing days are from May 3rd through May 7th JST.
And shipments for each order will also be planned to be suspended as below;
- Orders which are completed its placement by and on 11:59 pm JST Sunday, April 30th.; will be proceeded and shipped on Tuesday, May 2nd.
- Orders which are completed its placement from 0:00 am JST Monday, May 1st; will be shipped on Monday, May 8th at earliest on a first-come-first-served basis.
NOTE;
*During this Golden Week period, if your order cannot be completed for any reason, i.e. payment settlement issue, and so on., please kindly understand in advance that your inquiry will be replied after this holiday period.
*There may be some delay in shipping procedure and/or delivery due to the logistic circumstances and traffic congestion during and after this Golden Week period.
*Online shopping on our official website will still be available during this period.
